If Castro was being treated at a regular Cuban hospital…,

The Cuban dictator is receiving excellent care at ultra-modern medical facilities. He has the best medical equipment, medicines and doctors at his disposal. When he used to travel outside of Cuba, he would bring another plane that had a completely equipped hospital.
But what would happen if Castro was a regular Cuban citizen and he would be forced to go to one of those filthy hospitals where Cubans living under his oppressive regime have to go? The following pictures would give you an idea of what kind of medical care would the Cuban dictator be receiving if he was a regular Cuban, instead of the billionaire owner of the entire island of Cuba.
