While Cubans are told again and again that there are no medicines available for them and their children because of the US embargo, the Cuban dictator is donating thousands of tons of medicines and medical equipment to Evo Morales in Bolivia.

In this report by a Bolivian TV station, a dissident who is now living in Bolivia explains that when he was living in Cuba, he couldn't find any of the medicines that are now being donated by Castro to Bolivia.
