However, to find fault one has not to go across the water: In the US alone, there are more than 40 million people that could benefit from a universal health care system, it does not have to be high tech or fancy.<BR/>I like to look at things from a positive side: Without having to endorse a particular regime or leader personality, the Cuban health care system is built on the principles of the 1978 Declaration of Alma Ata, a major policy document from the World Health Organization, which is endorsed by most member states. However, only a few countries have actually implemented a consequent Primary Health Care approach with the vision to provide "Health for ALL"!<BR/><BR/>Whether the movie 'Salud' is communist propaganda or not, some of the messages and content are worthwile reflecting upon.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
